Chicago Skyline from Belmont Harbor.
I don't know what it is about night photography that fascinates me but I absolutely love it. Maybe its the thrill of actually getting it right because it seems I have to take 10-15 pictures before one turns out. I finally got my tripod out but it still didn't help with all the motion blur.
Tonight I decided to post two pictures! Mainly because I liked how this one turned out but it was purely accidental. I had to move my camera in the middle of the shot because a car wanted to get through (yes, I blocked the entrance to the harbor because quite frankly it was 10 pm and I was the only person there.) So in the picture is a mixture of Chicago street lights and my car lights. Enjoy.
