The Leaning Tower of Pisa (well actually of Niles, Illinois.) 


Niles is a sister city to Pisa, Italy. This tower was completed in 1934 and some speculate that it was completed to celebrate the 600th anniversary of the Pisa tower. However, in actuality it was constructed to store water for the nearby outdoor swimming pool. So its basically a creative water tower!
