Two days ago I got a chance to go to Ishinomaki, the area most affected by the earthquake and tsunami of 2011.
If you told me nine months ago that I would be sitting on the second floor of a tsunami destroyed house, eating lunch and talking to those directly affected, I would have said you were crazy.
You never know where our lives will lead us....
The Ishinomaki experience was so humbling, eye opening and once again reminded me that its so important to cherish every moment because you never know when everything could be take away.
