Assignments - Sports Illustrated

A few months ago, I was assisting Todd Rosenberg on a Sports Illustrated shoot. 
Todd had the pleasure of photographing ten Indy cars - one from each decade for the 100 anniversary of Indy. Very cool assignment! We had a pleasure of setting up a 10 foot by 3 foot Chimera softbox - it took us 7 hours! I had no idea what we were about to embark on but the results were definitely worth it! We had an experienced stage hand working with us as well Todd's first (ever) assistant. What a great experience and a great team! Todd put together a video of our seven hour set up, the actual photo shoot and break down. (Break down only took 1.5 hours) Enjoy!
