Our Little Wild Thing Walkers Point // Milwaukee, Wisconsin
With the weather finally warming up in Milwaukee, Eva and I have been going on adventures around the city. We stroll, feed the ducks, pick up sticks and "micks" (that's what she calls rocks), we wave at boats and then... she runs away from me. Any chance she gets. She does look back sometimes and tells me to hurry : "come on momma, faster." Oh, my little wild thing!
She no longer sits still. She's a little explorer, inspecting every rock, flower and bug. Taking photos of my little wild thing has become a challenge. I bribe her with snacks, I strategically place toys where I want her to sit, and when all else fails I put her in a pretty dress and tell her to twirl. And does she love to twirl!
So the other day we explored Walkers Point. Eva in her pretty dress, princess crown and sparkly shoes. She chased dragonflies, danced by an ivy wall and was the most wild thing of all.
