Tennis. And Fashion.

Happy Monday! 

Are you watching Wimbledon?! I sure am. I was a tennis player at Marquette and ever since graduating I decided that my tennis racquet along with all my other gear should go into a safe place and not see sunlight for 5 years. Finally this year, I am eager to play! Only took me 5 years to bounce back. :) I think I just might have to restring those dusty racquets.

Speaking of tennis, I love seeing how far tennis fashion has come. What happened to those long skirts and unflattering tops we used to play in? Tennis fashion is now in a league of its own. The French Open kicked off the summer circuit with some great styles from Maria Sharapova, Victoria Azarenka, and Caroline Wozniacki.

Wimbledon remains the only tournament that requires all participants to wear white, keeping it classy! I like it! 
But its also so limiting. I do LOVE the photo shoot Adidas did with Ana Ivanovic, Maria Kirilenko, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and Andy Murray. Beautiful clean lighting! The fashion, on the other hand, I am not wild about but as a photographer I would love to recreate this shoot. Any takers?!
