Since Dan was away this week, I decided to venture out and explore the famous La Recoleta Cemetery. It was a very unique experience! Check out my write up on our travel blog. I have been running a lot in Buenos Aires, so I decided to sing up the the McDonald's 5k on October 28th. I used to love running in races so this might be a perfect way to get back into it. Other than running in the Palermo parks, I have also enjoyed working out outside. Who needs a gym, when one can do exercises underneath palm trees! I definitely enjoying checking out The Japan Times from time to time to see how our old team is doing. Seeing my pictures still getting used is a great bonus! Catching a cold this week was not fun but drinking lots of tea was. I still need to try the famous mate! Gotta love that awkward moment when you realize you took a wrong turn on your run and the dozens of used condoms on the ground are there because you found yourself in the tranny part of the park. Oh life abroad! At least the park was beautiful! Absolutely love this song! I can't stop jammin' out to it! Last but not least, Obras Sanitarias won two road games in Ecuador this week and qualified into the semifinals of the South American Cup! Woohoo! They will also compete this Sunday against the Boca Juniors. Come out and cheer them on! Have a great weekend!
